Refund policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

Draft for legal review — not yet in force.

The short version

UniPulse does not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you decide you no longer want the food, can’t make the event, or bought the wrong ticket type, the payment stands. You confirm this before you pay.

When your money goes back automatically

In these cases the money is returned to your original payment method without you having to ask:

  • A vendor rejects your order, or doesn’t accept it in time and it is cancelled automatically.
  • An event is cancelled or does not take place.
  • You were charged twice, or a payment error produced a charge that shouldn’t exist.
  • A vendor cancels specific items from your order before it is being prepared (those items only).

How long it takes

Money returns to the card or account you paid with. Banks take 3 to 10 working days to show it. Every reversal comes with a reference you can give your bank if it hasn’t arrived by then.

Postponed events

If an event is postponed your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can’t make the new date, you have 48 hours from the postponement notice to request a reversal in the app.

Delivery problems

Delivery is arranged by the vendor. If an order is late or goes to the wrong place, raise it with the vendor through the app. Money is returned only where the food was never delivered at all.

Bank disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank for a valid order or ticket, we provide the bank with the order timeline, your policy acknowledgement and, for events, the gate scan record.
