1. Who we are

UniPulse is operated by UniPulse Limited (“UniPulse”, “we”). UniPulse is an independent marketplace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university or other institution.

2. What UniPulse is — and isn’t

UniPulse lets you find vendors and events near you, pay for food orders and tickets, and receive a collection code or ticket. The vendors and organisers on UniPulse are independent businesses. They prepare the food, run the events, and are responsible for what they sell. UniPulse is not the seller.

3. Delivery

Where a vendor offers delivery, the vendor sets the fee and arranges the delivery. UniPulse does not operate a delivery or rider service and is not responsible for delivery times or for anything that happens in transit. You can always choose to collect in person instead.

4. Payment

You pay in full when you place an order or buy a ticket, by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment partners. Your money is held until the order is confirmed or the event is held, and is then paid to the vendor or organiser. Fees are itemised before you pay.

5. Money going back to you

UniPulse does not offer discretionary refunds. Money is returned to your original payment method automatically in the cases set out in our refund policy, and in no other case. You acknowledge this at checkout.

6. Tickets

A ticket is valid for one entry by the holder shown on it, scanned once at the gate. Tickets are not transferable unless the app offers a transfer for that event. Copying or reselling a ticket code is a breach of these terms and the ticket will be invalidated.

7. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to misrepresent affiliation with any institution.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, UniPulse is not liable for the quality, safety or description of food or events supplied by vendors and organisers, or for delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
